ABOUT Paul Dilworth

 ABOUT

Paul won the 2023 IMG Discerning Eye Drawing Bursary (£1500) at the Mall Galleries, with portrait drawings of his 99 year old mother. He has many oil paintings of her too.

Paul enjoys painting cityscape scenes of London and Paris. His Paris paintings show everyday life there with a mixture of haute couture fashion in contemporary city scenes, with buskers and street entertainers.

His London paintings involve numerous indoor and outdoor theatre scenes, with actors on stage creating the beautiful atmosphere of theatre shows. He also paints ice skating scenes where there is a strange choreography between the amateur skaters of the general public, some of whom are having difficulty standing on their feet!

He has had oil painting exhibitions at galleries in Los Angeles, Paris and London.
